Refund and cancellation policy

You can cancel your membership anytime. Here is exactly what happens to your money.

When you cancel

• Cancel from Plan & billing → Card, invoices & cancel.
• Your membership ends right away, not at the end of the month, and you go back to the free plan.
• Your leads, websites and progress stay in your account.
• You won’t be charged again.

What you get back

• Unused usage credit is refunded to the card you paid with, automatically. Credit you already used for searches or AI designs isn’t refunded.
• The membership fee for the month you’re in isn’t refunded.
• Unused AI trial credit on a free account is refunded if you ask within 30 days of buying it (use the Contact page).
• Balances under $0.50 aren’t refunded.
• Refunds usually show on your card within 5–10 business days.

Example: you pay $15 + a $10 budget, use $3.40 of credit, then cancel. You get $6.60 back.

While you’re a member

• Unused credit rolls over every month, so you never lose it.
• If a search or AI design fails, its credit comes back automatically.
• Paid actions stop when your credit reaches $0. You’re never billed more than you chose.

Refunds and disputes from your bank

If a payment is fully refunded or disputed with your bank, the paid plan ends right away. Please contact us first. Most billing problems are quicker to fix directly.
